Creating a bright floral vignette is a great way to add a cheerful lively and fresh touch to any room. Start with selecting a few bright flowers in different colors and sizes. If you prefer choose flowers with no color that are neutral. Place them in a vase or pot and place the arrangement in a corner or on a shelf. You can add a few decorative elements such as small plants, candles, books, or even a piece of artwork to balance out the look. Having a variety of colors and textures will help to create an eye-catching display.
I have some additional options I have chosen for this vignette featured below.
Below are I have listed four things one can add to any vignette to make it successful in their space.
1. Choosing flowers for a floral arrangement can be a fun and creative process yet very personal. Consider the colors and textures of the flowers that you like, and make sure to include a variety of different blooms. You want to also consider the colors that are in the space and overall atmosphere you are hoping to create with your arrangement. Look into seasonal flowers and what is available in your area. Try to create a harmonious balance between the colors, shapes, and sizes of the flowers you choose while considering the openness of the space. And, of course, don't forget to enjoy the process and have fun with it!
2. Adding the extra touch of beauty to your vignette means adding other items such a small vase like this. There are many options for items to include in your vignette, like adding small bud vase and keep it empty of plants for a architectural element. You can also add candles for a subtle glow. Adding this small vase not adds extra element in number but a touch of color with pattern to other objects that maybe solid in color. Have fun with it and make it your own!
3. When choosing your vase for a floral arrangement, there are a few things you should consider. First, think about the size of the vase and make sure it’s large enough to accommodate the flowers you’ve chosen. As, pictured above I chose Cherry Blossom stem. They are very long and fluffy in appearance. Secondly, consider the shape of the vase; will it enhance the flowers in the arrangemen? Next you want to consider the opening of the vase, the mouth, if it is wide enough to accommodate the number of stems to give you the full look you are trying to achieve. Lastly, think about the material of the vase; will it complement the colors and texture of the flowers? With much thought and consideration, you can find the perfect vase for your floral arrangement!
4. Adding decorative boxes is not only a pretty touch to your vignette, they can serve as storage for other items you have in the space you don't want to be seen. Pretty yet functional is the overall thought with the vignette.
