One may think that having pretty laundry room storage is not necessary but it can make doing laundry a more enjoyable task and can add the aesthetic value to your home. Additionally, not only having it organized it can be attractive storage at the same time, making it easier to find and access laundry supplies when you need them.
With this post I will show you how to create something like this on a low budget with very limited supplies.
To make a pullout cart for your laundry room, you will need the following tools:
Measuring tape
Saw this can be a hand saw. I used a small hand circular saw
Drill
Screws
Wood glue
Plywood or other wood material for the cart/ I used 1x6 precut pine boards 8 ft long
Casters so that your cart can roll / felt pads to protect the floor if casters aren't used
Drawer handle or knob
You may also want to consider adding wheels to the bottom of the cart for easier mobility.
Once you have all your tools and necessary items listed above you can easily assemble your cart.
